Return and Refund Policy
We will refund or exchange any faulty or damaged items under the Consumer Guarantees Act.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: 501 Buckland Road, RD2, Hinuera, Matamata, New Zealand. Please note this is a rural delivery address. Please note, any postage and handling for return of items is at the expense of the customer.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note, return shipping costs will not be refunded, and any new orders will be charged additional shipping and taxes.

Please choose carefully as we will not provide a refund if you change your mind.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
The following items are non-refundable, and only able to be exchanged if deemed faulty or not as described:
- Products with damaged or lost tags
- Products or packaging that have been opened
- Personalised items
- Used or worn items
- Food and drinks
- Pierced Jewellery
- Cosmetics
- Products that have been scratched or defaced
Exchanges
The most efficient make an exchange is to return the original item received by following our return policy above, and once your return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item online.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund has been approved.
If approved, you will be refunded for the value of the item(s) only, using your original payment method within 10 business days of receipt.
Please note:
- Payment processing fees incurred at the time of purchase are non-refundable and will be deducted from the refund amount where applicable.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable where an item has been successfully shipped and delivered (unless the item is faulty or incorrect).
- Return shipping costs will not be refunded unless the item is faulty or not as described.
Please allow time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please please contact our online shop team.
